Verzorgende IG Revalidatie & Herstel Verzorging Gorinchem Oproepcontract 18-10-2026 Als verzorgende IG op de afdeling Revalidatie & Herstel verleen je zorg 'met je handen op je rug'. Niet letterlijk natuurlijk, maar je begeleidt cliënten stap voor stap richting herstel en zelfstandigheid, zodat zij weer veilig naar huis kunnen. Na een operatie, ongeval of ziekenhuisopname werken cliënten bij ons aan hun zelfredzaamheid. Dat maakt jouw werk afwisselend en uitdagend, omdat je met veel verschillende ziektebeelden te maken krijgt. En juist op de momenten dat het wat drukker is op de afdeling, ben jij van enorme waarde. Met jouw flexibele inzet spring je bij wanneer dat nodig is en help je ons om de beste zorg te blijven bieden. Wat ga je doen? Jouw werk draait om herstel. Samen met de cliënt kijk je naar wat nodig is om weer naar huis te kunnen en werk je toe naar persoonlijke doelen. Er wordt doelgericht gewerkt aan de hand van zorgpaden, zodat iedere cliënt de juiste ondersteuning krijgt tijdens het revalidatietraject. Je ondersteunt bij ADL-activiteiten en persoonlijke verzorging, maar stimuleert cliënten vooral om zoveel mogelijk zelf te blijven doen. Jij begeleidt, coacht en oefent samen, altijd met oog voor wat iemand nog wél kan. Een revalidatietraject duurt gemiddeld 3 tot 10 weken. In die periode bouw je echt een band op met cliënten en zie je hen groeien in hun herstel. Dat maakt het werk extra mooi. Soms gaan cliënten zelfs fitter en sterker naar huis dan vóór hun opname. Daarnaast: - verleen je verpleegkundige zorg en verzorging aan cliënten; - lever je input voor het zorgplan en rapporteer je over de voortgang; - geef je cliënten de juiste begeleiding en voorlichting; - ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen het team; - voer je risicovolle en voorbehouden handelingen uit.
