Verzorgende IG Revalidatie & Herstel 24 - 32 uur - Locatie: Het Flevohuis - Amsterdam - Afdeling: Revalidatie & Herstel - Uren: 24-32 uur - Salaris: CAO VVT FWG 40 Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG ben jij onmisbaar in het herstelproces van onze cliënten. Je ondersteunt bij de persoonlijke verzorging, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en houdt nauwlettend in de gaten hoe het met cliënten gaat. Door de complexiteit van de revalidatiezorg heb je een signalerende rol en denk je actief mee in de zorg rondom de cliënt. Je werkt nauw samen met verpleegkundigen, behandelaren en familie. Jij ziet wat iemand nodig heeft, soms nog vóórdat het wordt uitgesproken. - Verleent zorg en begeleiding aan cliënten in hun herstelproces. - Voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. - Coördineert de dagelijkse zorg en houdt overzicht. - Signaleert veranderingen en rapporteert hierover. - Werkt samen met behandelaren en neemt deel aan MDO's. - Begeleidt leerlingen en stagiairs.
