Dan verwelkomen wij je graag bij Valkenhof! Samen met je collega's geef je bewoners een thuisgevoel en draag je iedere dag bij aan hun welzijn. Voor onze locatie Taxandria zijn wij op zoek naar een Verzorgende IG voor 16 tot 32 uur per week. Team en afdeling Je komt te werken op locatie Taxandria. Hier wonen voornamelijk bewoners met een psychogeriatrische (PG) aandoening die zich in verschillende stadia van dementie bevinden. Binnen Taxandria werken we volgens een vernieuwende vorm van zorgverlening: routezorg. Bewoners wonen in leefgroepen en worden ondersteund door Medewerkers Zorg & Welzijn in hun dagelijks leven. Als medewerker van het zorgteam bezoek je bewoners op verschillende afdelingen binnen het gebouw en lever je zorg waar dat op dat moment nodig is. De teams werken nauw samen om ervoor te zorgen dat bewoners zich veilig, prettig en thuis voelen. Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG werk je intramuraal, maar ben je niet gekoppeld aan één vaste afdeling. Je loopt routes binnen het gebouw en ondersteunt bewoners op verschillende leefgroepen. Je verzorgt, verpleegt en begeleidt bewoners vanuit hun persoonlijke wensen en behoeften. Daarbij voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, observeer je veranderingen in de gezondheidssituatie en werk je nauw samen met collega's, familieleden en andere disciplines. Deze manier van werken biedt veel afwisseling, zelfstandigheid en ruimte om mee te denken over de verdere ontwikkeling van routezorg binnen Valkenhof. - Je verleent verzorging en verpleging volgens het zorgleefplan - Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit - Je werkt via vaste routes binnen het gebouw - Je signaleert veranderingen in gezond...
