Wat ga je doen? Als verzorgende IG ben jij een belangrijke schakel in onze zorg. Je krijgt de kans om je talent in te zetten voor bewoners met intensieve zorgbehoeften. De complexiteit en intensiteit van de zorg geven je volop ruimte om je vaardigheden volledig te benutten. Denk aan het uitvoeren van wondzorg, sondezorg, het toedienen van medicatie, katheterzorg en andere verpleegtechnische handelingen die jouw expertise vragen. Bij ons voer je deze handelingen niet alleen uit, maar kun je jezelf er ook verder in ontwikkelen. Je werkt in een warme, huiselijke setting met korte lijnen en een hecht team dat samen voor één doel gaat: de allerbeste, persoonsgerichte zorg bieden. De complexere zorgvragen maken jouw werk bij Zonnehuis Beatrix niet zwaarder, maar juist betekenisvoller. Hier kun je écht laten zien wat je kunt en blijf je jezelf ontwikkelen op het hoogste niveau. Om dit te kunnen doen, bieden wij: - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.643,39 en € 3.471,46 per maand op basis van 36 uur (FWG 35 CAO VVT); - Bij het uitvoeren van EVV-taken een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.881,14 en € 3.733,75 op basis van 36 uur (FWG 40 CAO VVT); - Een jaarcontract van 16 tot 36 uur, met uitzicht op een vast contract*; - 8% vakantiegeld (mei) en 8,33% eindejaarsu...
