De collega’s hebben allemaal hun eigen kundigheid. Het is mooi om te zien hoe dit bij elkaar komt en elkaar te versterken in de samenwerking. De _eeftijden variëren tussen 22 en 60 jaar. Samen pakken ze alles met beide handen aan. Ze hebben een positieve, gedreven en leergierige instelling. Er wordt nauw samengewerkt met de kwaliteitsverpleegkundige en andere disciplines. Door elkaar goed te willen begrijpen en goed te communiceren, is het een fijne omgeving voor zowel de medewerkers als de bewoners. Veel voorkomende taken en verantwoordelijkheden Je verzorgt, begeleidt en ondersteunt de bewoners bij de dagelijkse zorg, denk hierbij aan wassen, aankleden, persoonlijke verzorging; Je hebt een signalerende rol bij bijzonderheden; jij observeert en reageert; Je zorgt ervoor dat elke bewoner de goede medicatie op het juiste tijdstip krijgt; Je hebt een coachende rol naar collega’s, bewoners, familie en naasten; Je voert veel verschillende verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, zoals katheter wisselen, injecteren en wondzorg. Als verzorgende IG ga je werken op locatie de Watersteeg in Veghel. Er zijn op dit moment twaalf bewoners op de afdeling Boomgaard 2-4 met somatische zorgvragen en beginnende dementie. De werktijden variëren tussen 7.00 uur en 22.45 uur. Daarnaast werk je af en toe een nachtdienst. Dit bieden wij jou Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd. Uren zijn in overleg, afhankelijk van jouw beschikbaarheid. Het is mogelijk om fulltime te werken; Als verzorgende IG een salaris in FWG 35: volgens cao Verpleeg-, Verzorgingshuizen en Thuiszorg; Een goede pensioenregeling, 8% vakantiegeld, collectieve verzekeringen en een

eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3% (dat is een volledige dertiende maand); Een uitgebreide keuze aan trainingen en opleidingen in de BrabantZorg Academie om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen; Meerkeuze in arbeidsvoorwaarden met fiscaal voordeel, zoals een laptop- of fietsregeling; Een warm welkom!
