We hebben bij Eilandzorg nu een heel uitdagende baan voor je! Voor locatie de Wieken in Zierikzee zijn we op zoek naar een Verzorgende-IG voor de afdeling Somatiek die ons team wil ondersteunen. In team Somatiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor de (ondersteuning bij) persoonlijke verzorging van onze 30 cliënten. Je levert algemene dagelijkse zorg, signaleert en werkt volgens zorgleefplan. We hebben bewoners die vallen onder hun eigen huisarts en bewoners die vallen onder de specialist ouderengeneeskunde. Daarmee varieert ook de complexiteit van de zorg. Dat maakt deze baan extra uitdagend en leuk! Naast jouw nieuwe directe collega's op de afdeling, is er een teamleider om op terug te vallen. Bij Eilandzorg werken we cliëntgericht; de cliënt staat centraal. Kwaliteit van leven en eigen regie van onze cliënten willen we bevorderen of in stand houden. Gewoon, en heel persoonlijk. Het aantal uren dat je wilt werken, kun je zelf aangeven; flexibel of vast. Jouw talenten: - Je bezit het diploma Verzorgende-IG, MBO niveau 3 - Je kunt methodisch werken; - Je stelt de client centraal en werkt resultaatgericht; - Je kunt omgaan met geautomatiseerde systemen; - Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B; De baan: - Je uren zijn bespreekbaar en worden in overleg ingepland. - Een Verzorgende-IG valt volgens de cao VVT in FWG 35. Inschaling is afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en variërt dit van €2735 - €3592 bruto p/m bij een 36-urige werk...
