Verzorgende IG Somatiek - Valkenburg aan de Geul - Vast contract - Valkenburg aan de Geul - € € 2.981,98 - € 3.864,43 per maand Verzorgende IG Somatiek - Valkenburg aan de Geul Wil jij als Verzorgende IG (VIG) jouw klinische vaardigheden inzetten voor ouderen met lichamelijke aandoeningen? Op een somatische afdeling in het verpleeghuis ben jij degene die dichtbij de bewoner staat: je verzorgt, je observeert en je zorgt dat iemand zich comfortabel en gezien voelt. Je combineert persoonlijke aandacht met verpleegtechnische precisie en communiceert helder met bewoners, familie en collega's. Zo draag jij in de ouderenzorg direct bij aan de kwaliteit van leven van mensen die dagelijks met hun gezondheid te maken hebben. De somatische afdeling richt zich op bewoners met uiteenlopende lichamelijke klachten, zoals diabetes, hart- en vaatziekten, COPD, chronische pijn of de gevolgen van een beroerte. Dat maakt het werk afwisselend en inhoudelijk uitdagend: geen dienst is hetzelfde en je leert voortdurend bij. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team met verpleegkundigen, een specialist ouderengeneeskunde, fysiotherapeuten, ergotherapeuten en welzijnsmedewerkers. Samen stem je de zorg af op de wensen en mogelijkheden van iedere bewoner, met oog voor eigen regie en persoonsgerichte zorg. De sfeer op de afdeling is collegiaal en je krijgt ruimte om je kennis van somatische zorg verder te verdiepen. Of je nu parttime of fulltime wilt werken: er is een rooster dat bij jou past, met wisselende diensten binnen de CAO VVT. Jouw competenties Zo ben jij: - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot Verzorgende IG, MBO niveau 3. - Je hebt kennis van en bij voorkeur ervaring met zorg voor ouderen met somatische aandoeningen. - Je bent empathisch, geduldig en communicatief vaardig, met een professionele werkhouding. - Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig en bereid om in wisselende diensten te werken. - Je hebt een hart voor de ouderenzorg en wilt echt b...
