Werken bij Pantein Verzorgende IG structurerend leefmilieu Zorgcentra Sint Anthonis In overleg € 2.811 / € 3.864 Wat ga je doen? Voor zorgcentrum Op 't Hoogveld in Sint Anthonis zoeken wij een enthousiaste Verzorgende IG voor 16 tot 28 uur per week. Je werkt binnen het structurerend leefmilieu, waar duidelijkheid, voorspelbaarheid en persoonlijke aandacht belangrijk zijn. Als Verzorgende IG bied je deskundige en persoonsgerichte zorg. Je ondersteunt bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit die binnen jouw bevoegdheid en bekwaamheid vallen en houdt de gezondheid en het welzijn van bewoners goed in de gaten. In het structurerend leefmilieu help je bewoners bij het vormen en volgen van hun dagstructuur. Je werkt eenduidig en voorspelbaar en neemt zelf initiatief in het contact. Soms is een duidelijke uitnodiging nodig: samen starten, een keuze geven of een activiteit stap voor stap opbouwen. Je kijkt niet alleen naar de zorgvraag, maar vooral naar de persoon achter de zorgvraag. Je kent de bewoners, weet wat belangrijk voor hen is en sluit aan bij hun belevingswereld. Je stimuleert wat iemand nog zelf kan en geeft positieve aandacht aan gewenst gedrag en persoonlijke kwaliteiten. Een goede balans is belangrijk binnen dit leefmilieu: tussen rust en activiteit, tussen contact en op jezelf zijn en tussen individuele aandacht en activiteiten in een kleine groep. Samen met collega's, mantelzorgers en andere betrokken disciplines zorg je voor een omgeving waarin bewoners zich veilig en gezien voelen. Op 't Hoogveld is een vertrouwd en levendig ontmoetingspunt in Sint Anthonis. Bewoners beschikken over een eigen appartement en kunnen elkaar ontmoeten in de gezamenlijke huiskamer.
