Dan zoeken wij jou! Wat ga je doen? Als verzorgende IG in de thuiszorg is geen dag gelijk! Je geeft zorg en ondersteuning die gewenst is, waarbij het welzijn en de tevredenheid van de cliënt voorop staat. Je helpt met handelingen rond persoonlijke hygiëne en begeleidt cliënten in hun dagelijkse activiteiten. Je overlegt met familie, mantelzorgers en collega's of andere zorgprofessionals over de verzorging en het welzijn van de cliënt. Wij zien de zorgvragen in de thuiszorg steeds complexer worden en je werkt mee om hier goed mee om te gaan. Je zoekt de juiste hulp en expertise binnen de organisatie voor jouw cliënten, zoals die van de wondverpleegkundige en de casemanager dementie. Zo houd je samen met je collega's de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de zorg en ondersteuning op een hoog niveau. Je maakt deel uit van het thuiszorgteam in Ruinen (gemeente De Wolden) of Havelte en/of Diever (Gemeente Westerveld), dit is ook mogelijk vanuit de flexpool. In Havelte en Diever wonen veel thuiszorg cliënten in een geclusterde woonvorm in De Molenhof in Havelte of aan De Weijert 1 in Diever, werken op één van deze locaties in de thuiszorg behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden.
