" Wat ga je doen Als Verzorgende IG binnen het wijkteam ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor de best mogelijke zorg van cliënten in hun thuissituatie. Juist omdat je bij mensen thuis komt, in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving, kun je echt van betekenis zijn. Je kijkt steeds naar wat iemand zelf nog kan en hoe je de cliënt helpt om zo zelfstandig mogelijk thuis te blijven wonen. Daarbij stem je goed af met de cliënt, de wijkverpleegkundige en je collega's, zodat jullie samen de zorg bieden die écht past. Signaleer je dat er iets verandert in de situatie van een cliënt, of denk je dat de zorg beter kan, dan bespreek je dit met je collega's en pakken jullie dit samen op. Samen zoeken jullie naar een passende oplossing en verbeteren jullie de zorg. Wat bieden we jou Naast betekenisvol werk bij cliënten thuis, bieden we je ook goede arbeidsvoorwaarden en ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. Je kunt daarbij rekenen op: - Een vast contract binnen een collegiaal en professioneel wijkteam. - Een goede werk-privébalans vinden we belangrijk. We kijken daarom graag samen met jou naar het aantal uren en een dienstindeling die bij jou past. - Salaris is volgens FWG35 van de cao VVT: min. € 2.735,91 en max. €3.592,96 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week. Inschaling vindt plaats op basis van werkervaring. - De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn volgens de CAO Verpleeg- Verzorgingshuizen en Thuiszorg (VVT) plus goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals opleidingsmogelijkheden, collectieve verzekeringsvoo...
