In Dongen krijg je vrijheid in je werk, verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw cliënten en invloed op je rooster. Ook kun je meebouwen aan sterke thuiszorg in de regio. Wat ga je doen? Je helpt cliënten om zo zelfstandig en prettig mogelijk thuis te blijven wonen. Achter iedere voordeur wacht een andere cliënt, situatie en zorgvraag. - Persoonlijke verzorging: Je ondersteunt cliënten bij dagelijkse verzorging en zelfredzaamheid. - Verpleegtechnische handelingen: Je voert zelfstandig handelingen uit waarvoor je bevoegd en bekwaam bent. - Aandacht voor één cliënt: Tijdens het zorgmoment richt je je volledig op de persoon die voor je zit. - Signaleren en handelen: Je merkt veranderingen snel op en onderneemt actie wanneer dat nodig is. - Coördineren: Je bewaakt de gemaakte zorgafspraken en stemt af met betrokken zorgprofessionals. - Contact met het netwerk: Je overlegt met mantelzorgers, familie en andere betrokkenen. - Kennis delen: Je begeleidt waar passend leerlingen, stagiairs en nieuwe collega's.
