Als Verzorgende IG in de thuiszorg van Omring bied je zorg, aandacht en ondersteuning aan mensen in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving. Je werkt zelfstandig op route en maakt tegelijkertijd deel uit van een betrokken team dat altijd voor elkaar klaarstaat. Daarom wil je bij ons werken Als Verzorgende IG speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijks leven van cliënten. Je biedt verzorging en begeleiding, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en hebt oog voor wat iemand nodig heeft om prettig en veilig thuis te blijven wonen. Je werkt vanuit de gedachte van positieve gezondheid: je kijkt niet naar wat iemand niet meer kan, maar juist naar wat nog wél mogelijk is. Daarbij stimuleer je cliënten om zoveel mogelijk de regie over hun eigen leven te behouden. Jij houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het uitvoeren van verzorgende en verpleegtechnische handelingen; - het signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheid of situatie van cliënten; - het rapporteren in het digitale zorgdossier; - het opstellen en evalueren van zorgplannen; - het afstemmen van zorg met collega's, mantelzorgers en andere zorgprofessionals. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Iedere cliënt, zorgvraag en situatie vraagt weer iets anders van jou. Jouw rooster In de thuiszorg werk je voornamelijk tijdens de ochtend-, avond- en weekenduren. Samen kijken we naar een rooster dat past bij jouw beschikbaarheid én bij de zorgvraag van onze cliënten. Zo kun je werk en privé zo goed mogelijk combineren. Wie ben jij? Jij bent deskundig, betrokken en kijkt verder dan alleen de zorgvraag. Je weet wat cliënten nodig hebben en voelt goed aan hoe je jouw communicatie daarop afstemt.
