Als Verzorgende IG in de wijk bij Calidus in de gemeente Hoorn maak jij het verschil. Elke dag opnieuw. Jij helpt de ouderen die zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig thuis willen wonen. Wat ga je doen Als Verzorgende IG bied je samen met je collega's professionele zorg en ondersteuning aan cliënten in de gemeente Hoorn. Je komt bij mensen thuis, in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving. Juist daar zie je wat iemand nodig heeft en kun je zorg bieden die echt aansluit bij het dagelijks leven. Bij Calidus draait het om meer dan alleen zorg verlenen. Je helpt cliënten niet alleen bij de verzorging, maar stimuleert hen ook om zoveel mogelijk zelf te blijven doen. Zo behouden zij de regie over hun eigen leven en kunnen zij langer zelfstandig thuis blijven wonen. Dat maakt jouw werk niet alleen waardevol, maar ook ontzettend betekenisvol. Werken in de wijk betekent veel persoonlijk contact. Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met cliënten en hun naasten en krijgt een goed beeld van hun wensen, mogelijkheden en behoeften. Hierdoor kun je zorg op maat bieden en zie je direct welk positief effect jouw inzet heeft. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkt met verschillende cliënten, iedere situatie vraagt om een andere aanpak en je krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen. Tegelijkertijd sta je er nooit alleen voor. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en de wijkverpleegkundige, waardoor er altijd ruimte is om te overleggen, van elkaar te leren en elkaar te ondersteunen.
