Of je nu één dienst per week wilt werken, naast een studie, gezin of andere baan, of juist meer uren wilt maken: samen kijken we naar een contract dat aansluit bij jouw wensen. Wat ga je doen? Als zorgprofessional binnen onze Flexpool werk je op verschillende locaties en afdelingen van PZC Dordrecht. Je ondersteunt bewoners én collega's waar jouw inzet op dat moment het hardst nodig is. Afhankelijk van jouw opleiding en bevoegdheden bestaan jouw werkzaamheden onder andere uit: - Persoonlijke verzorging en begeleiding van bewoners. - Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen (indien bevoegd). - Observeren en signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheid. - Samenwerken met collega's, behandelaren en familie. - Bijdragen aan een veilige en prettige woonomgeving.
