Verzorgende IG / Verpleegkundige Gewoon Thuis (Flex) Delete Dit ben jij - Je bent een gedreven verzorgende of verpleegkundige die het leuk vindt om in verschillende teams en locaties te werken. - Je hebt een warme en hartelijke persoonlijkheid met een grote dosis inlevingsvermogen. Je vindt het leuk om bij mensen met verschillende zorgvragen en achtergronden over de vloer te komen en past je makkelijk aan. - Je bent in het bezit van een mbo diploma verzorgende IG of verpleegkundige - niveau 4. - Tijdens de zorg werk je volgens de visie van positieve gezondheid. Samen met cliënten en hun mantelzorgers onderzoek je wat de cliënten zelf kunnen doen. En hoe je kan bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van leven thuis en in de wijk. - Je geeft graag praktische tips en adviezen en voelt haarfijn aan wat de cliënt van je verwacht en doet alles in goed overleg. Jullie relatie is gebaseerd op vertrouwen en wederzijds respect. - Je bent professioneel tegen familieleden en andere zorgverleners en betrekt ze bij wat je doet. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat cliënten zo veel mogelijk de dingen kunnen blijven doen die voor hen van betekenis zijn. Wat ga je doen - Je komt bij mensen thuis om ze te helpen bij de dagelijkse lichamelijke verzorging.
