AlsVERZORGENDE IGbij Nijenhaghen in Ommen zorg je samen met je collega's voor een fijne dag voor onze bewoners. Jouw werk als verzorgende IG Bij Nijenhaghen draait het niet alleen om zorg verlenen. Het gaat er vooral om dat bewoners zich thuis voelen en hun eigen leven zoveel mogelijk kunnen blijven leiden. Na de overdracht weet je wat er speelt en ga je samen met je collega's aan de slag. Je leert onze bewoners steeds beter kennen: hun levensverhaal, gewoontes, voorkeuren en wat voor hen belangrijk is. Zo bied je zorg die aansluit bij de persoon. Natuurlijk voer je verpleegtechnische en verzorgende handelingen uit. Maar er is ook ruimte voor aandacht: een gezellig praatje, samen lachen, een wandeling maken of er gewoon zijn wanneer iemand dat nodig heeft. Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt mee en vindt het leuk om collega's te ondersteunen en te coachen. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. We vinden het belangrijk dat je kunt blijven leren en groeien in een veilig leerwerkklimaat waarin collega's elkaar helpen en kennis delen. Waar kom je te werken? Je gaat werken bij Nijenhaghen in Ommen, een warme en gezellige woonzorglocatie waar wonen, zorg en welzijn samenkomen. Binnen Nijenhaghen zijn 79 appartementen, waarvan 24 zorgappartementen van Saxenburgh. Hier bieden we 24-uurszorg aan somatische bewoners. Daarnaast is er een wijksteunpunt waar bewoners en buurtbewoners elkaar ontmoeten. Zo is Nijenhaghen niet alleen een woonzorgcentrum, maar ook onderdeel van de wijk.
