Toegankelijkheid - Onze zorg Verzorgende IG - VPT Direct soliciteren Wat ga je doen - Over Volledig Pakket Thuis (VPT) Als Verzorgende IG binnen het Volledig Pakket Thuis (VPT) combineer je professionele zorg met persoonlijke aandacht en welzijn. Je kijkt verder dan de zorgvraag alleen en hebt oog voor wat een cliënt gelukkig maakt. Met jouw betrokkenheid help je cliënten om zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig, veilig en met plezier in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving te blijven wonen In deze functie: - Verleen je ADL-zorg en voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen. - Onderneem je samen met cliënten activiteiten die bijdragen aan hun welzijn, zoals wandelen of boodschappen doen. - Help je waar nodig bij lichte huishoudelijke werkzaamheden, zoals opruimen of het (samen) voorbereiden van een maaltijd. - Bied je persoonlijke aandacht, een luisterend oor en sociale ondersteuninging . - Signaleer je veranderingen in de gezondheid of het welzijn van cliënten en stem je hierover af met collega's en andere betrokken zorgverleners.
