Of je nu graag werkt op een PG-afdeling, een somatische afdeling of binnen kleinschalig wonen, samen kijken we welke opdrachtgever en werkomgeving het beste bij jou passen. Als Verzorgende IG ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse verzorging én verpleegtechnische zorg van cliënten. Je houdt de gezondheid van cliënten goed in de gaten, signaleert veranderingen en schakelt tijdig met collega's en andere zorgprofessionals. Met jouw kennis en ervaring lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de zorg. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Verlenen van persoonlijke verzorging en begeleiding. Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen volgens de geldende richtlijnen. Toedienen en controleren van medicatie. Observeren en signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheid van cliënten. Rapporteren in het zorgdossier en bijdragen aan de uitvoering van het zorgplan. Afstemmen met collega's, mantelzorgers en andere zorgprofessionals om de beste zorg te bieden. Bijdragen aan een veilige, vertrouwde en prettige woonomgeving Een salaris volgens de cao VVT (FWG 35).
