Zorggroep, maar bent in dienst bij PDZ Zorg. Viva! Zorggroep is een grote zorgorganisatie in de regio IJmond. Hier werk je met vaste collega's, vaste bewoners en binnen een vertrouwde werkomgeving. Het verschil? Je krijgt een contract bij PDZ Zorg. Dat betekent dat je profiteert van o.a. een vast contract, urengarantie, pensioenopbouw, vakantiegeld. Je staat er bovendien niet alleen voor. Je hebt één vast aanspreekpunt: Ciska. Zij kent jouw voorkeuren, beschikbaarheid en ontwikkelwensen en denkt actief met je mee. Bij PDZ Zorg werk je als verzorgende IG in de VVT met een vast contract en eigen rooster vanaf dag één. Je krijgt urengarantie en één vaste contactpersoon die jou kent. Jij kiest zelf voor losse of vaste diensten. Wij regelen de rest. Over de functie Als verzorgende IG VVT ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. Je signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn, rapporteert in het zorgdossier en stemt af met collega's en familie om samen de best mogelijke zorg te bieden. Zo draag je iedere dag bij aan een veilige, vertrouwde en prettige leefomgeving voor bewoners. Afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur werk je op: - PG-afdelingen - Somatische afdelingen - Thuiszorgteams Samen kijken we welke omgeving het beste bij jou past.
