Midden in het hart van de stad, op loopafstand van het station, vind je onze sfeervolle locatie met een fijne, open uitstraling. Een plek waar bewoners zich prettig voelen en jij als collega ook. Bij ons draait het om samen. De teams staan bekend om hun sterke onderlinge band: er wordt hard gewerkt, veel gelachen en je kunt altijd op elkaar bouwen. Tijdens de dienst kijk je naar elkaar om, overleg je samen en voel je dat je onderdeel bent van één geheel. Een mooi voorbeeld? Het team dat samen een dagje naar de Efteling ging om een oud-collega te bezoeken die daar werkt. Dat typeert precies wie we zijn. Je gaat aan de slag met bewoners die voornamelijk somatische zorg nodig hebben. Ook zijn er bewoners met beginnende dementie. Jij bent er om hen te ondersteunen, te verzorgen en een fijne dag te bezorgen. In een omgeving waar je de tijd en ruimte krijgt om echt aandacht te geven. Wat bieden wij Je komt te werken in regio Hoorn; via Amsterdam, Haarlem en Alkmaar minder dan 45 minuten rijden; Salaris in FWG 35 CAO VVT; Opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden; Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantiegeld, maar ook een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%; Faciliteiten om ‘goed in je vel’ te zitten; Extra arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een fietsplan, korting op fitness en een computer/laptop/iPad regeling en het gebruik Benefits at Work; Leuke bonusregeling van € 350,- netto bij het aandragen van je nieuwe collega’s.
