Verzorgende IG wijkteam Lent en Gemeente Lingewaard (Bemmel, Gendt en Huissen) Ben jij die zelfstandige en betrokken Verzorgende IG die toe is aan een nieuwe uitdaging? Ligt jouw zorghart in de wijk en wil je ons wijkteam samen met ons verder uitbouwen en vormgeven, waarbij de beste zorg voor onze cliënten vooropstaat? Ben je beschikbaar voor 20- 24 uur per week? Kom dan werken bij RijnWaal Zorggroep! Wat ga je doen? Als verzorgende IG verleen je persoonsgerichte zorg aan onze cliënten in hun thuissituatie volgens het vastgestelde zorgplan. Je legt een route af om jouw cliënten te bezoeken en je geniet ervan om bij hen thuis te komen. Zo verleen je bijvoorbeeld zorg aan een cliënt die revaliderend is en help je bij een andere cliënt die kampt met een chronische ziekte. Immers geldt er achter iedere voordeur weer een ander verhaal. En onderweg op de fiets geniet je van de frisse lucht of in de auto van de muziek op de radio. De zelfstandigheid die het werk met zich meebrengt is je op het lijf geschreven. Als Verzorgende IG weet je hoe je de cliënt moet stimuleren en activeren om zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig te kunnen blijven functioneren op zijn/ haar eigen manier. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de cliënt hierin de eigen regie blijft houden en zo lang mogelijk zelfredzaam blijft. Hierin ben jij zelfstandig en creatief in het bedenken van oplossingen. Bij calamiteiten is er zeker contact met je collega's. Dit gebeurt telefonisch, omdat ieder de eigen route heeft. Over het team Het team waarin je komt te werken is divers team met verschillende functieniveaus. Er is een nauwe samenwerking waarin ieders kwaliteit goed ingezet wordt. Er wordt geluisterd naar ieder zijn ideeën en jouw inbreng van ideeën wordt gestimuleerd. Je wordt als persoon in je kracht gezet en gemotiveerd om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen.
