Met jouw persoonlijke aandacht help je mensen zo zelfstandig en fijn mogelijk thuis te wonen. Want goede zorg gaat niet alleen om wat je doet: het zit in wie je bent. Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG maak je écht het verschil in het leven van je cliënten. Je ondersteunt hen om zo zelfstandig en comfortabel mogelijk thuis te blijven wonen. Dat betekent dat je verpleegtechnische handelingen uitvoert, zoals injecties geven, katheters verzorgen, medicatie toedienen en wondzorg. Maar jouw echte kracht ligt in de persoonlijke aandacht: een luisterend oor, een goed gesprek en het signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheid. Waar nodig schakel je met huisartsen, fysiotherapeuten, specialisten en (wijk)verpleegkundigen. Onze wijkteams hebben een duo aan het roer: de teammanager, die alles rond de bedrijfsvoering regelt, en de regiewijkverpleegkundige, die de kwaliteit van zorg bewaakt. Zo kun jij altijd vakinhoudelijk sparren met een leidinggevende, terwijl je erop kunt vertrouwen dat alle regelzaken goed geregeld zijn. Bij ons telt jouw stem als zorgprofessional! Waar ga je werken? Bij de wijkverpleging in Sliedrecht en Hardinxveld kom je terecht in stabiele en gezellige teams waar samenwerken echt vanzelf gaat. Sliedrecht telt 4 teams, met standplaats Waerthove. Hier vind je altijd collega's om mee te sparren én zie je regelmatig andere Rivas-collega's langskomen.
