- Verzorgende IG wijkzorg Valkenburg Envida zoekt een Verzorgende IG wijkzorg Valkenburg Dienstverband 16-36 Opleidingsniveau MBO niveau 3 Standplaats Maastricht Werkvelden Ouderenzorg Maak iedere dag het verschil, gewoon bij mensen thuis. Als Verzorgende IG in de regio Valkenburg werk je in één van onze wijkteams. Je komt bij cliënten thuis en helpt hen om zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig en prettig te blijven wonen. Je werkt in een afwisselende omgeving: van het bruisende Valkenburg tot de gezellige dorpen waar mensen elkaar nog kennen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor de beste ondersteuning. Tijdens de sollicitatie kijken we samen welk wijkteam het beste bij jou past. Goed om te weten: deze functie bestaat vooral uit avonddiensten. Dit draag jij bij Je biedt zorg die past bij de wensen en behoeften van de cliënt. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar wat iemand nodig heeft, maar ook naar wat iemand zelf nog kan. - Je helpt cliënten met persoonlijke verzorging en verpleegtechnische handelingen. - Je stimuleert cliënten om zoveel mogelijk zelf te blijven doen en signaleert veranderingen in hun situatie. - Je werkt samen met collega's, mantelzorgers en andere zorgverleners om de beste zorg te bieden. Daarom past deze functie bij jou Jij vindt het belangrijk om echt iets te betekenen voor anderen. Je bent betrokken, denkt in oplossingen en werkt graag samen. - Je hebt een diploma Verzorgende IG. - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en weet cliënten te motiveren. - Je bent positief, flexibel en communiceert gemakkelijk met cliënten en collega's. Over ons en je collega's Envida biedt hulp en zorg voor ouderen en chronisch zieken in Maastricht en het heuvelland. Dat doen we bij mensen thuis, in de wijk en in onze huizen. We vinden goede zorg een recht voor iedereen. Om dat te kunnen waarmaken, draait onze zorg vooral om kwaliteit van leven. Die bereiken we door nauw samen te werken...
