Hallo met MIJ. Sinds 2004 bieden wij zorg en ondersteuning aan mensen met uiteenlopende culturele achtergronden. Als zorgorganisatie kun je ons vinden in de gebieden Rotterdam-Rijnmond, Dordrecht-Drechtsteden en Amstelland. Onze cliënten, 3000, zijn een weerspiegeling van de steden waar zij vandaan komen. Verschillende mensen met verschillende achtergronden. Een dynamisch geheel. Met jou en 800 collegas zorgen we ervoor dat onze kwetsbare ouderen op hun eigen manier en zo zelfstandig mogelijk kunnen blijven meedoen in de maatschappij. Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijks leven van onze cliënten. Je begrijpt hoe belangrijk rituelen, voeding, privacy en respectvolle communicatie zijn binnen verschillende culturen.

Samen met jouw collegas zorg je voor warme, persoonsgerichte zorg aan onze cliënten. Op onze locaties wonen onze cliënten met een indicatie voor de Wet Langdurige Zorg (WLZ), Zorgverzekeringswet (ZVW) of Wet Maatschappelijke Ondersteuning (WMO). Je staat naast onze cliënten, zodat zij zelf kunnen bepalen wat voor hen belangrijk is. Je bent een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en hun familie. Samen bespreek je het zorgleefplan en kijk je wat iemand nodig heeft om zich prettig en veilig te voelen. Je voert verzorgende en verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, en je ziet de veranderingen in gezondheid of welzijn. Daarbij denk je mee in oplossingen die passen bij de cliënt. Je werkt in een prettige sfeer, met korte lijnen naar huisartsen en andere zorgverleners. Samen zorgen we voor kwalitatief goede zorg, met aandacht voor zelfredzaamheid, respect en vertrouwen.
