Wat ga je doen? Een functie als Verzorgende IG in een ziekenhuis is niet alledaags - en dat maakt deze kans uniek. Bij Haaglanden Medisch Centrum in Den Haag werk je via onze flexpool op verschillende afdelingen en locaties (zoals Westeinde, Antoniushove en Bronovo), met afwisselende diensten en collega's. Je komt terecht in een team van zorgprofessionals die het verschil maken - met lef, hart en ambitie. Geen standaard zorg, maar échte aandacht en de ruimte om te groeien, mee te denken én te doen waar jij goed in bent: zorgen met liefde en lef. Als Verzorgende IG werk je nauw samen met verpleegkundigen en artsen. Je zorgt voor comfort, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit zoals het prikken van bloedsuikers, het inbrengen van katheters en het toedienen van medicatie. Daarnaast help je mee met mobiliseren en dagelijkse verzorging. Binnen de kaders van je functie krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te handelen - jouw kennis en inschattingsvermogen zijn van grote waarde in de dagelijkse zorgverlening, waarbij jouw ervaring goed van pas komt. Hoe ziet jouw start eruit bij HMC: - Je start met een op maat gemaakt inwerktraject op een vaste verpleegafdeling. Daarna stroom je door naar de flexpool en word je op basis van jouw beschikbaarheid ingepland; - Je komt terecht in een team waar samenwerking en vakmanschap hand in hand gaan; - We bieden volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen - of je nu wilt doorgroeien of juist stevig wilt blijven staan in je huidige rol; - Je kunt werken op meerdere locaties, elk met een eigen sfeer en karakter; - En extra leuk: er lopen regelmatig innovatieve pr...
