Bij AxionContinu willen we iedere dag van de bewoners zo mooi mogelijk maken. Wil jij hier een steentje aan bijdragen door het vaste gezicht te worden voor onze bewoners? Dat kan! Wij zoeken liefdevolle en deskundige verzorgende PG collega's voor meerdere locaties in Utrecht. Wat doe je als verzorgende PG? Je gaat aan de slag op een afdeling van één van onze woonzorgcentra. Je zet jouw vakkennis met veel passie in! Het is fijn dat als de gezondheid afneemt, iemand nog zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig kan zijn en jij hen het vertrouwen geeft. Dit betekent dat jij als verzorgende PG écht aandacht hebt voor de bewoner en goed kijkt wat hij/zij nog wel kan. Hierbij stimuleer je zoveel mogelijk het zelf doen. Daarnaast kijk jij ook wat een bewoner nodig heeft aan extra welzijnsactiviteiten, want met plezier oud worden vinden wij net zo belangrijk. Als verzorgende PG is dit waar jij voor zorgt: - Je werkt óf dagdiensten óf nachtdiensten. Voor nachtdiensten wordt meer zelfstandigheid gevraagd en werk je in kleinere teams. - Je werkt op basis van een zorgleefplan en zorgt dat deze aansluit bij de behoeften van bewoners. - Je verricht ADL-werkzaamheden, eventuele voorbehouden handelingen en coördineert de zorg. - Je stimuleert zelfredzaamheid, creëert veiligheid en geborgenheid bij bewoners. - Je hebt regelmatig contact met familie voor afstemming en optimale zorg.
