The posting

Als verzorgende bij de thuisdiensten ben je dagelijks op stap om optimale en deskundige hulp en verzorging te bieden aan onze gebruikers. Je ondersteunt cliënten die wonen in groot Tervuren en Bertem. Hierbij wordt rekening gehouden met je woonplaats en voorkeuren. Je verzorgt de mensen, maar helpt hen ook met huishoudelijke taken zoals koken, wassen, strijken enz. Op die manier proberen we om onze klanten, voornamelijk ouderen, zo lang mogelijk in hun vertrouwde thuisomgeving te houden. Bovendien vervul je als luisterend oor ook een belangrijke signaalfunctie naar de maatschappelijk werker toe wanneer je merkt dat de toestand van de gebruiker achteruit gaat.

Om als verzorgende aan de slag te kunnen, beschik je over volgende zaken:

We verwachten volgende competenties (of het potentieel om deze op termijn te ontwikkelen): betrokkenheid en kwalitatief handelen – expertise en ervaring delen – klantgerichtheid – effectief communiceren – analyseren – objectieven stellen – oplossingsgerichtheid.

Je beschikt over een attest, een brevet, een getuigschrift, een (deel)certificaat of een diploma van het: 2de of het 3de jaar van de derde graad van het technisch secundair onderwijs of het beroeps-secundair onderwijs in een zorgrichting of een pedagogische richting, behaald: - via dagonderwijs; - via sociale promotie of volwassenenonderwijs; - via deeltijds onderwijs.

Een uittreksel uit het strafregister (dat maximaal drie maanden oud is en actueel is) kan worden voorgelegd tijdens de mondelinge selectieproef. Als daarop een ongunstige vermelding voorkomt, mag de kandidaat daarover een schriftelijke toelichting voorleggen.

Ervaring kan een pluspunt zijn, maar schoolverlaters zijn ook van harte welkom om te solliciteren!
