Wat ga je doen? Als onderdeel van het nachtzorgteam zorg jij ervoor dat onze bewoners de nacht veilig, rustig en prettig kunnen doorbrengen. Je voert de nodige zorg uit, houdt bewoners goed in de gaten en bent 's nachts het aanspreekpunt bij vragen en onverwachte situaties. Met de komst van onze palliatieve unit krijgt het nachtzorgteam een belangrijke aanvullende rol. Ook voor bewoners van de palliatieve unit ben jij 's nachts een vertrouwd en deskundig aanspreekpunt. Je levert persoonsgerichte zorg in de laatste levensfase, waarbij rust, aandacht en snel kunnen handelen samenkomen. - Je zorgt voor een veilige en vertrouwde sfeer voor onze bewoners; - Je verleent de benodigde zorg en houdt de nachtrust en het welzijn van bewoners goed in de gaten; - Je hebt extra aandacht voor bewoners die palliatieve zorg ontvangen en signaleert veranderingen in hun situatie; - Je rapporteert zorgvuldig in het digitale dossier en zorgt tijdens de ochtendoverdracht voor een goede overdracht aan je collega's; - Bij acute of complexe situaties blijf je rustig, houd je overzicht en handel je daadkrachtig. Het vaste nachtzorgteam bestaat uit zes collega's: vijf verzorgenden en één helpende. Met de komst van de Palliatieve Unit wordt het team verder uitgebreid.
