Voor de Zwartzusters van Brugge zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega. Je biedt er kwalitatieve totaalzorg en begeleiding op maat bij een 7-tal religieuzen.

  • Je staat mee in voor de begeleiding en verzorging van de zusters doorheen de dag.
  • Je draagt bij aan zinvolle dagbesteding.
  • Je vertrekt vanuit een persoonsgerichte benadering waarin het levensverhaal en de eigenheid van de zusters centraal staan.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de huishoudelijke taken (koken, wassen, strijken, naaien, poetsen van de woon- en leefruimtes, verzorgen van de planten ....).
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor een 20-tal studenten die op de site wonen en zorgt voor een vriendelijk onthaal van bezoekers.

Je komt terecht in een familiale omgeving en wordt omringd door een klein, maar enthousiast team.

Je werkt in het weekend (1 op 2 weekends).

Kennis en vaardigheden:

  • Je hebt een diploma dat voldoet aan de kwalificatievereisten binnen gezinszorg indien je als verzorgende of zorgkundige aan de slag wil gaan. Ben je verzorgende, zorgkundige of slaagde je voor het eerste jaar verpleegkunde? Dan staat jouw diploma alvast zeker op de lijst.
  • Je hebt een autorijbewijs en eigen wagen waarmee je je zelfstandig kan verplaatsen.
  • Je hebt een basis aan digitale vaardigheden en leert vlot werken met nieuwe software.

Persoonlijkheid:

  • Je kan goed zelfstandig werken, maar ook in team functioneer je als de beste.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor orde en netheid.
  • Je bent flexibel, dienstbaar en geduldig.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een religieuze omgeving en hebt respect voor de christelijke waarden en het religieuze leven binnen de kloostergemeenschap.
