The posting

Thuiszorg Kempen biedt gezinszorg, dagopvang en aanvullende thuiszorg (poets-hulp en klusdienst) aan mensen die moeilijkheden ondervinden in het dagelijks leven. Om de beste zorg te geven werken we samen met lokale besturen van het arrondissement Turnhout.

Je opdracht

  • Als verzorgende gezinszorg en CADO bied je niet alleen praktische hulp, maar ben je ook een luisterend oor en een vertrouwde steun voor cliënten. Je neemt huishoudelijke taken op zoals koken, wassen, strijken, boodschappen doen en het onderhoud van de woning, en ondersteunt waar nodig bij administratieve en verzorgende taken.
  • Je hebt oog voor het algemeen welbevinden van elke hulpvrager en respecteert ieders eigenheid. Je biedt psychische ondersteuning met behoud van je eigen grenzen. Dankzij je betrouwbaarheid, discretie en warme aanpak bouw je een sterke vertrouwensband op met cliënten.
  • Je signaleert wanneer een zorgvraag buiten je takenpakket valt en rapporteert je observaties aan je leidinggevende. Daarnaast werk je vlot samen met collega’s en andere zorgverleners.

Je profiel

  • Je bent in het bezit van een erkend diploma binnen het studiegebied personenzorg (verzorging, thuis- en bejaardenzorg, kinderzorg, polyvalent verzorgende, opvoedster…).
  • Je biedt graag hulp en zorg met een warm hart voor ouderen en gezinnen.
  • Je gaat op een respectvolle manier om met mensen en met persoonlijke informatie en eigendom.

Je bent in het bezit van een erkend diploma binnen het studiegebied personenzorg (verzorging, thuis- en bejaardenzorg, kinderzorg, polyvalent verzorgende, opvoedster…).
