Voor een opdracht binnen de publieke sector zijn wij op zoek naar een professional die leidinggevenden ondersteunt bij complexe verzuimdossiers en actief bijdraagt aan duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers. Organisatie- en afdelingsomschrijving Onze opdrachtgever is een publieke organisatie waar goed werkgeverschap, duurzame inzetbaarheid en professionele verzuimbegeleiding centraal staan. Binnen de HR-afdeling werk je nauw samen met leidinggevenden, HR-professionals en externe partners om verzuim te beperken en re-integratiekansen optimaal te benutten. Functie Als Verzuim adviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren en begeleiden van leidinggevenden en medewerkers bij verzuim- en re-integratievraagstukken. Je voert regie op complexe en langdurige verzuimdossiers en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Adviseren en begeleiden van leidinggevenden en medewerkers rondom verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid. - Ondersteunen van leidinggevenden in hun rol als casemanager. - Regie voeren op langdurige verzuimdossiers en bewaken van de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter. - Adviseren over de inzet van tweede spoortrajecten, arbeidsdeskundige onderzoeken en re-integratiemogelijkheden. - Bevorderen van kennis en bewustwording rondom verzuimpreventie en re-integratie binnen de organisatie. - Signaleren, uitwerken en implementeren van procesverbeteringen. - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van dienstverlening van externe leveranciers. - Analyseren van verzuimgegevens en opstellen van managementinformatie. - Adviseren over verzuimbeleid en het meetbaar maken van resultaten.
