Als nieuwe collega draag jij bij aan het verder ontwikkelen en professionaliseren van onze dienstverlening. Je wordt onderdeel van ons enthousiaste HR team en werkt samen met twee gedreven verzuim adviseurs aan duurzame, praktische en passende oplossingen voor (complexe) verzuimbegeleiding en casemanagement. Je fungeert als schakel tussen teams, het management, P&O-adviseurs en gecontracteerde arbodienstverleners. Je onderzoekt met je teammanagers hoe je het verzuimproces vormgeeft om de verzuimbegeleiding met elkaar te organiseren en optimaliseren. Je draagt bij aan het structureren van de gehanteerde processen binnen het domein verzuim volgens de wet- en regelgeving op dit gebied en handelt hiernaar. Een overzicht van jouw andere werkzaamheden: - Adviseert gevraagd en ongevraagd de leidinggevende over (preventieve) interventies, verzuimoorzaken, -aanpak en -proces, analyseert de verzuimcijfers, sluit indien nodig aan bij het werkoverleg; - Denkt mee over re-integratiemogelijkheden als re-integratie in eigen werk (nog) niet mogelijk is, beheert de klussenbank; - Zet, in overleg met leidinggevende en medewerker, eventuele interventies in (2e spoor, AD onderzoek, werkpsycholoog etc.) en communiceert zo nodig met UWV; - Helpt bij de WIA-aanvraag, voert regie op de WGA-dossiers; - Ondersteunen van medewerkers, teammanagers en teams met taken op het gebied van verzuimbegeleiding, de gespreksvoering met verzuimende medewerkers en de dossiervorming in AFAS; - Voeren van een efficiënte en adequate administratie in AFAS en zorgen dat de verzuimdossiers voldoen aan de regel- en wetgeving (zoals WvP en privacy); - Uitvoeren Eigen RisicoDragerschap, ook in samenwerking met de verzuimverzekeraar; - Denk je actief mee over de ...
