Verzuimadviseur alle Fokusprojecten in Noord-Brabant Verzuimadviseur (32 uur in de week) Functieomschrijving Voor onze locaties in Zuid-Nederland zoeken we een ervaren verzuimadviseur. Je staat dicht bij de dagelijkse praktijk en bent voor leidinggevenden een belangrijke sparringpartner bij verzuim en re-integratie. Je helpt hen om grip te houden op casussen en op het juiste moment de juiste stappen te zetten. Je werkt hybride en bent regelmatig aanwezig op de verschillende Fokus-locaties in jouw regio. Wat ga je doen? Als verzuimadviseur begeleid je leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende verzuim- en re-integratiecasussen. Van een vraag over een lopend dossier tot langdurig of complex verzuim: jij denkt mee over de aanpak, adviseert over de mogelijkheden en bewaakt samen met de leidinggevende de voortgang. Je denkt daarnaast ook mee over preventie en de mogelijkheden om verzuim te voorkomen. Je analyseert verzuimcasuïstiek, bewaakt de voortgang en signaleert waar kansen of risico's liggen. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met leidinggevenden, medewerkers, de arbodienst en andere betrokken partijen. Je zorgt ervoor dat wet- en regelgeving op de juiste manier wordt toegepast. Ook signaleer je wanneer actie nodig is en ondersteun je bij een zorgvuldige dossiervorming en tijdige opvolging. Doordat je regelmatig op onze locaties aanwezig bent, weet je wat er speelt. Je signaleert knelpunten en terugkerende vraagstukken en deelt deze met je HR-collega's. Waar nodig schakel je met andere betrokken professionals. De leidinggevende is verantwoordelijk voor het verzuimproces. Jij zorgt met jouw expertise, advies en begeleiding dat leidinggevenden deze verantwoordelijkheid goed kunnen invullen.
