We helpen je graag met - Verzuim uitbesteden - Personeel werven - Volledige HR-administratie - Repay Verzuimadviseur - Locatie: Tilburg (bij voorkeur binnen circa 45 minuten reistijd) - 32 - 40 uur - 25 of 31,5 vakantiedagen (afhankelijk van jouw keuze) - Laptop en telefoon van de zaak Ben jij iemand die gemakkelijk op mensen afstapt, graag gesprekken voert en energie krijgt van persoonlijk contact? Vind jij het leuk om dagelijks te schakelen met medewerkers, klanten, casemanagers en collega's? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Wat ga je doen? Als Verzuimadviseur begeleid je medewerkers, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen tijdens het verzuimproces. Jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen goed geïnformeerd blijft. Je voert regelmatig gesprekken met medewerkers, denkt mee over mogelijkheden voor werkhervatting en schakelt met interne én externe partijen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Begeleiden van medewerkers tijdens hun verzuimtraject; - Voeren van persoonlijke gesprekken, zowel telefonisch als face-to-face; - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over verzuim en re-integratie; - Samenwerken met bedrijfsartsen, arbodiensten en andere externe partners; - Bewaken van wettelijke verplichtingen binnen de Wet verbetering poortwachter; - Vastleggen van afspraken en acties in het verzuimdossier; Geen dag is hetzelfde. Juist de afwisseling tussen gesprekken, contactmomenten en het oplossen van vraagstukken maakt deze functie uitdagend.
