Ben jij een ervaren verzuimspecialist die niet alleen dossiers wil wegwerken, maar ook echt wil bouwen aan een professionele organisatie? Krijg jij energie van complexe vraagstukken, adviseren en coachen? Als Verzuimcoördinator bij deze ambitieuze organisatie in Veenendaal ben jij de expert die het verschil maakt in hoe we met verzuim en re-integratie omgaan. In deze veelzijdige rol ben je dé specialist op het gebied van verzuimbegeleiding. Je bewaakt de voortgang van dossiers, maar jouw impact gaat veel verder dan dat. Je adviseert het management, coacht collega's op de vestigingen en denkt proactief mee over het verbeteren en digitaliseren van processen. Je krijgt de vrijheid om jouw visie in de praktijk te brengen en de verzuimaanpak naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Wat bieden wij jou als Verzuimcoördinator? - Een salaris tussen € 3.700,- en € 4.500,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur - Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur, passend bij jouw situatie - Zicht op een vast dienstverband na een succesvol eerste jaar - Een volledig premievrij pensioen en 25 vakantiedagen - Een lease- of poolauto, laptop en telefoon van de zaak - Veel vrijheid en eigen verantwoordelijkheid binnen een informele werksfeer Wat ga je doen als Verzuimcoördinator? Binnen deze dynamische rol ben jij de regisseur van het verzuimproces. Je combineert inhoudelijke expertise met een adviserende en coachende rol door het hele land. Jouw takenpakket is uitdagend en breed: - Begeleiden en bewaken van verzuim- en re-integratietrajecten volgens de wet- en regelgeving - Adviseren en trainen van intercedenten en managers op het gebied van verzuimbeheer - Ondersteunen bij ingewikkelde casussen en het voeren van driegesprekken met medewerkers - Onderhouden van contacten met de arbodienst, het UWV en externe partners - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden in processen en meedenken over automatisering - Analyseren van trends in het verzuim en hierover rapporteren aan het manage...
