Bij Careermaker geef jij als Verzuimcoördinator (tot €3.150,-) zelf richting aan ieder gesprek en bepaal je welke aanpak nodig is. Je combineert administratie met persoonlijk contact en verantwoordelijkheid, en durft ook de lastige gesprekken aan te gaan. Ervaring binnen verzuim is geen vereiste. Die kennis leren wij je graag. Wat ga je doen? Als Verzuimcoördinator ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze medewerkers bij ziekte en herstel. Je werkt nauw samen in een klein, hecht team en zorgt ervoor dat elk traject op rolletjes loopt. Denk aan: - Het verwerken van ziek- en herstelmeldingen (zowel telefonisch als administratief); - Persoonlijke gesprekken voeren met medewerkers over hun situatie - via Teams, op kantoor of bij de klant; - Dossiers beheren volgens de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter (geen zorgen, dit leren we je); - Rapportages maken en adviseren over verbeteringen in het proces; - Sparren met collega's, opdrachtgevers en medische professionals; - Meedenken over hoe we verzuim kunnen voorkomen. Wat breng je mee? Naast administratieve nauwkeurigheid beschik je over een sterke persoonlijkheid. Je maakt gemakkelijk verbinding met anderen, durft kritisch te zijn wanneer dat nodig is, en blijft ook bij weerstand rustig en professioneel. Altijd met respect voor de ander en oog voor het gezamenlijke doel. Verder: - Heb je mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een administratieve functie; - Werk je nauwkeurig en houd je overzicht, ook wanneer er veel tegelijk speelt; - Beheers je de Nederlandse taal uitstekend - zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Werk je graag zelfstandig, maar haal je ook energie uit samenwerken. - Een leuke functie als Verzuimcoördinator voor 32 uur in de week; - ...
