Als ervaren Casemanager stuur je niet alleen pas bij als iemand uitvalt, maar coach je leidinggevenden ook om signalen vroegtijdig te herkennen en tijdig het goede gesprek te voeren. Jij weet bovendien als geen ander hoe je beweging krijgt in het herstelproces van verzuimende medewerkers, én ken de regels van de Wet verbetering poortwachter (WvP) van binnen en van buiten. Dan zoeken wij jou om onze organisatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen op het gebied van duurzame inzetbaarheid. Als verzuimcoach ben jij de tactische en strategische sparringpartner voor het management. Je schakelt moeiteloos op verschillende organisatieniveaus en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zijn eigen verantwoordelijkheid pakt in de regie op verzuim Wat ga je doen? Als verzuimcoach ben jij de spin in het web . Jij: - Coacht (team)managers op inhoud en proces in hun rol bij verzuim en re-integratie en bij de preventie van verzuim. - Onderhoudt contact met verzuimende medewerkers, bedrijfsartsen, bedrijfsmaatschappelijk werk, HR-businesspartners en externe partijen zoals arbeidsdeskundigen en het UWV. - Zet je kennis van de wet- en regelgeving, en het voeren van eigen regie in verzuim, actief in om het verzuim zo kort mogelijk te houden en medewerkers te ondersteunen bij het weer duurzaam verder gaan in hun werkzame leven. - Voert (drie)gesprekken op locatie en schakelt passende interventies in via onze providerboog of maatwerkoplossingen. - Ziet toe op de juiste en tijdige dossiervorming, inclusief alle benodigde WvP-documenten. - Werkt nauw samen met de directie en HR-businesspartners van de eenheden. Je bent onderdeel van het team Gezond Werken binnen HRM en werkt samen met een collega verzuimcoac...
