FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Heb jij een sterk analytisch inzicht, hou je van plannen en krijg je energie van een dynamische havenomgeving? Dan is deze functie als Vessel Planner misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Als Vessel Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en coördinatie van scheeps- en bargeoperaties. Dankzij jouw doordachte planning verlopen laad- en losactiviteiten efficiënt en vlot, waardoor je een directe impact hebt op de dagelijkse werking van de terminal.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je bereidt de laad- en losoperaties van CON/RO-schepen nauwkeurig voor.
  • Je stelt gedetailleerde laad- en losplannen op volgens de opgegeven operationele parameters.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de ceelbazen en foremannen die de planning in de praktijk uitvoeren.
  • Je zorgt voor een correct vertrekplan voor de volgende aanloophaven.
  • Je staat mee in voor de planning van yards en lichters.
  • Je volgt operationele processen op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne diensten om een optimale doorstroming van goederen te garanderen.
  • Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team van planners waar samenwerking en zelfstandigheid centraal staan.

PROFIEL

Voor deze functie zoeken we een planner die graag werkt in een operationele omgeving waar flexibiliteit en nauwkeurigheid essentieel zijn.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of relevante ervaring binnen planning, logistiek of maritieme operaties.
  • Je bent sterk in het organiseren van complexe planningen.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer prioriteiten snel veranderen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en uiterst nauwkeurig.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving met deadlines en operationele druk.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en werkt vlot met Excel.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een shiftenstelsel.
