Zin om mee te bouwen? In de regio Tilburg zul je als Vestigings Manager samen met het team de business gaan veroveren en uitbouwen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen inclusief commerciële en financiële resultaten. Daarnaast ben je operationeel meewerkend collega die er dagelijks voor zorgt dat het team van vier Consultants met de juiste zaken bezig zijn. In ruil voor jouw kennis en expertise kun je natuurlijk rekenen op een lease auto om (nieuwe) klanten te bezoeken. Omdat jij al weet hoe belangrijk het is een groot klantenpakket in de regio te hebben snap jij waarom sales één van de belangrijkste taken op de vestiging is. Daarnaast ben jij samen met je Area Manager verantwoordelijk voor het resultaat van de vestiging. Goede ideeën worden gewaardeerd en zijn vaak mogelijk om uit te voeren. Als Vestigings Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor onder andere de dagstart en weekoverleggen. Daarnaast weet je eventuele escalaties bij klanten op te lossen en rapporteer je dit aan de Area Manager. Daarnaast ben jij zelf ook nog volop bezig met acquisitie, het recruiten en aanbieden van geschikte kandidaten in de markt. Kortom, een allround rol met veel diversiteit. Daarnaast zijn je werkzaamheden: · Het creëren van kansen en het maken van commerciële voorstellen voor prospects; · Opbouwen van een eigen netwerk met zowel klant als kandidaat; · Netwerken; bezoeken van regionale (netwerk)bijeenkomsten, beurzen, events etc; · Borgen van goede week-en dagstart; · Zorgen voor een energieke en leuke sfeer op de vestiging! · Signaleren van trends ...
