Voor onze vestiging in Emmeloord zoeken wij een Vestigingsleider Verhuur. Door een interne overstap van onze huidige collega komt deze mooie plek binnen Sijperda vrij. Als Vestigingsleider ben jij het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt op de vestiging. Je zorgt dat het werk goed verdeeld wordt, ondersteunt je collega's en houdt overzicht over alles wat er gedurende de dag gebeurt. Tegelijkertijd werk je zelf actief mee in de verhuur en heb je veel contact met onze klanten. Het is daarmee een veelzijdige functie waarin leidinggeven, commercie, techniek en klantcontact samenkomen. Geen dag waarop je alleen maar achter je bureau zit: je staat midden in de vestiging en midden in het team. Jouw werk 's Ochtends komt een klant materieel ophalen voor een klus, ondertussen belt een andere klant met een vraag over beschikbaarheid en staat er materieel klaar dat gecontroleerd moet worden. Precies in die dynamiek voel jij je thuis. Als Vestigingsleider zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel verlopen. Je verdeelt het werk, houdt overzicht, draait mee in alle facetten en springt bij waar dat nodig is. Je bent benaderbaar voor je collega's en helpt hen verder bij vragen, maar durft ook richting te geven en beslissingen te nemen. Daarnaast ben je zelf actief betrokken bij het verhuurproces. Je adviseert klanten over het juiste materieel, maakt offertes, verzorgt de uitgifte en retourname en houdt lopende opdrachten in de gaten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Coördineren en verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de vestiging; - Begeleiden en ondersteunen van collega's en zorgen voor een goede samenwerking; - Adviseren va...
