Binnen de installatierichtlijnen van Zonneplan bepaal jij de koers: wie je aanneemt, hoe je opleidt, hoe je efficiënter installeert. Je bouwt een team monteurs dat zonnepanelen, thuisbatterijen en laadpalen installeert en serviceopdrachten uitvoert voor klanten in heel Zuid-Nederland. Het team is nu kleiner dan tien mensen, met de ambitie om door te groeien naar tien. Jij bepaalt hoe dat eruitziet. Veel vrijheid in hoe je dat doet, binnen heldere kaders voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Tegelijk staat er een grote organisatie achter je. Planning, werkvoorbereiding, logistiek, HR en een eigen academy met een vaste praktijkopleider nemen je het werk uit handen dat je bij een kleiner bedrijf zelf zou moeten regelen. Samen met de andere vestigingsleiders werk je aan één doel: zo veel mogelijk, zo goed mogelijk installeren voor de klanten van Zonneplan. Zo bouwen we samen aan plan Zero, een Nederland zonder fossiele energie. Jouw bijdrage aan Plan Zero - Jij bepaalt de koers van depot Best. Je bedenkt vooraf waar je naartoe wilt en stuurt daarop. Je denkt vooruit over bezetting, planning en teamsamenstelling in plaats van 's ochtends de bus in te stappen en dan pas te bedenken wat de dag brengt. - Jij pakt kansen om beter te worden. Je ziet waar het efficiënter kan en handelt. Denk aan snelheidsmetingen doen, het team anders samenstellen of een nieuwe werkwijze uitproberen. Een depot ging in één kwartaal van brons naar premium op zoninstallaties, puur door zo'n aanpak. Die ruimte krijg je hier ook. - Jij bouwt een gemotiveerd, hecht team en laat het groeien.
