Als vestigingsmanager in een vrachtwagenbedrijf stuur je de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal aan en bewaak je productiviteit, rentabiliteit en operationele opvolging.

  • Je volgt de prestaties van de vestiging op en stuurt de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal bij waar nodig.
  • Je beheert de personeelsadministratie, zoals de controle van gepresteerde uren, het goedkeuren van verloven en het opmaken van de verlofkalender.
  • Je voert functioneringsgesprekken, ondersteunt de opstart van nieuwe collega’s en motiveert het personeel in de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met medewerkers, backoffice, werkplaats en de after sales manager, en je behandelt vragen, klachten en feedback over rapportages.
  • Je organiseert de backoffice zodat de werking blijft doorlopen bij ziekte of verlof, en je vertaalt beslissingen uit vergaderingen naar de betrokken teams.
  • Je beheert de vloot van de vestiging, volgt factuurbetwistingen op, controleert orde en netheid in backoffice en werkplaats en voert controles uit op nieuw geleverde voertuigen en schadeprocedures.

Voor de functie van vestigingsmanager zijn de volgende vereisten belangrijk.

  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels uitstekend en kunt je uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van automechanica, auto-elektriciteit en auto-elektronica.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en blijft doordacht werken onder druk.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en kunt problemen helder analyseren.
  • Je beschikt over sterke people skills.
