Als Shopmanager bij Toolstation in de regio Amsterdam combineer jij operationeel inzicht met commercieel gevoel. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de shop er altijd tiptop uitziet, dat klanten snel en goed worden geholpen en dat jouw team iedere dag met plezier aan de slag gaat. Functie omschrijving Als Vestigingsmanager bij Toolstation begin je jouw dag met een korte teambriefing en zorg je ervoor dat alles klaarstaat voor de eerste klanten. Je houdt de shop aangevuld, overzichtelijk en commercieel sterk gepresenteerd. Naast de dagelijkse operatie pak je diverse managementtaken op, bewaak je het voorraadbeheer en ben je een aanspreekpunt voor klanten aan de balie. Je werkt hands-on mee, geeft het goede voorbeeld en weet jouw team te coachen, motiveren en verder te brengen. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat vakmensen én doe-het-zelvers snel, vakkundig en met een glimlach worden geholpen. De shop voelt als jouw eigen winkel en dat straal jij ook uit. Functie eisen - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend. - Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur in de retail. - Je voelt je comfortabel bij het bespreken van verkoopcijfers en het behalen van doelstellingen. - Je hebt kennis van of interesse in gereedschappen en bouwmaterialen. - Je bent communicatief sterk en weet jouw team te inspireren en te begeleiden. - Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende taken en ziet wat er moet gebeuren. - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen onze openingstijden: maandag t/m vrijdag van 7:00 tot 18:00 uur en zaterdag van 8:00 tot 17:00 uur. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. - Klantgerichtheid is jouw tweede natuur.
