Jij zorgt ervoor dat de werkplaats en balie soepel draaien, klanten goed worden geholpen en het team iedere dag het beste uit zichzelf haalt. Je hebt veel vrijheid om jouw vestiging verder te ontwikkelen en ziet direct het resultaat van jouw aanpak.Wat ga je doen?Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan monteurs en serviceadviseurs. Je coacht, motiveert en zorgt voor een prettige werksfeer waarin mensen graag samenwerken; Je houdt de planning, werkplaatscapaciteit en bezetting goed in de gaten en zorgt dat klanten snel en professioneel worden geholpen; Daarnaast ben je commercieel actief in de regio. Je onderhoudt contacten met zakelijke klanten, ziet commerciële kansen en bouwt de klantenkring verder uit; Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de resultaten van jouw vestiging en stuurt op omzet, kosten, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid; Veiligheid staat uiteraard voorop. Jij geeft hierin het goede voorbeeld en zorgt ervoor dat veilig werken binnen het team vanzelfsprekend is;Wat breng jij mee? Je beschikt minimaal over mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau op het gebied van autotechniek en je hebt commercieel en cijfermatig inzicht; Je hebt ervaring met leidinggeven binnen de automotive en weet hoe je mensen kunt motiveren en meenemen in veranderingen. Ervaring met leiderschap, ondernemerschap en praktische instelling zijn erg belangrijk; Je bent klantgericht, organisatorisch sterk en houdt ervan om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Je wacht niet af, maar ziet wat er moet gebeuren en komt in actie; Uiteraard beschik je over rijbewijs B.
