Bij FlexVisie krijg je die ruimte. Als vestigingsmanager bouw je aan onze aanwezigheid in de regio Hoogeveen. Je ontwikkelt klantrelaties, brengt mensen en bedrijven bij elkaar en bouwt op termijn aan je eigen team. Ondernemen met de ondersteuning van een sterke, betrokken organisatie achter je. Functieomschrijving Jij bent het gezicht van FlexVisie in de regio Hoogeveen. Je legt contacten, gaat bij bedrijven aan tafel en ontdekt waar jij het verschil kunt maken. Tegelijkertijd leer je kandidaten kennen en help je hen aan werk dat bij ze past. Je schakelt tussen commerciële gesprekken, recruitment en het verder ontwikkelen van jouw regio. Daarbij houd je oog voor wat telt: goede relaties en afspraken die je nakomt. Concreet ga je: - Een klantenbestand opbouwen in de regio Hoogeveen. - Klantrelaties onderhouden en verder uitbreiden. - Kandidaten werven, spreken en begeleiden naar een passende baan. - Commerciële kansen herkennen en omzetten in nieuwe samenwerkingen. - Meedenken over de groei van FlexVisie in de regio. - Op termijn je eigen team samenstellen en aansturen. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om jouw aanpak te bepalen. Onze backoffice, HR, marketing en ervaren collega's ondersteunen je, zodat jij je kunt richten op klanten, kandidaten en groei. Wie ben jij?
