Je geeft leiding aan een team van circa 15 collega's binnen één van de grootste vestigingen van Nederland. Deze vestiging vervult een belangrijke rol binnen de organisatie en vraagt om een ervaren, ondernemende manager die commerciële kansen weet te benutten, teams inspireert en resultaten realiseert. Als hét gezicht van PontMeyer in de regio bouw je duurzame relaties op met klanten en geef je richting aan een enthousiast en resultaatgericht team. Jouw missie: - Maximaliseer omzet, marge en resultaat binnen jouw vestiging en bereik de ambitieuze doelstellingen; - Analyseren van de markt en gerichte acties opzetten om de verkoop te boosten; - Vertalen van landelijke en regionale strategieën naar concrete resultaten op jouw locatie; - Inspireer, motiveer en coach jouw teamleden zodat ze elke dag het beste uit zichzelf halen. Wie ben jij? - Een energieke leider met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële, leidinggevende rol; - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting commerciële economie of bedrijfskunde; - Kennis van hout-, plaat- of bouwmaterialen; - Een geboren leider die zijn/haar team naar een hoger niveau tilt; - Iemand die niet terugschrikt voor verantwoordelijkheid en graag initiatief neemt; - Inhoudelijke kennis van SAP is een pré; - Commercieel en resultaat gericht. - Een uitdagende rol waarin je de vrijheid hebt om de vestiging vorm te geven zoals jij dat voor ogen hebt; - Salaris tussen € 4.750,- en € 6.000,- bruto per maand, (afhankelijk van jouw ervaring); - Leaseauto, laptop en smartphone van de zaak; - Jaarlijks te behalen bonus tot maximaal 10% van het jaarsalaris; - Personeelskorting op het volledige assortiment.
