Als Vestigingsmanager zorg jij ervoor dat: - Je een team van 30 tot 200 Runners aanstuurt en Team Leads helpt groeien in hun rol. - Je de belangrijkste KPI's, zoals veiligheid en klanttevredenheid, scherp in de gaten houdt. - Je kansen ziet om de hub in Alblasserwaard nog slimmer in te richten. - Je samenwerkt met het hoofdkantoor om groei en verbetering te realiseren. - Je goed zorgt voor onze vloot elektrische Picnic-wagentjes.
