Je kent het uitzendvak en weet hoeveel verschil persoonlijk contact maakt. Nu wil je meer invloed op de koers en meer ruimte voor je eigen ideeën. Als vestigingsmanager bij FlexVisie krijg je de kans om te bouwen aan onze aanwezigheid in de regio Barneveld. Jij neemt het initiatief, ontwikkelt de markt en legt de basis voor een team dat op termijn onder jouw leiding groeit. Met de vrijheid om te ondernemen én collega's op wie je kunt rekenen. Functieomschrijving Een netwerk van bedrijven die jou weten te vinden. Een klantenbestand dat groeit doordat je goed werk levert en afspraken nakomt. En een groep kandidaten die op jouw betrokkenheid kan rekenen. Daar werk je iedere dag aan. Je gaat bij werkgevers langs, vraagt door en ontdekt waar kansen liggen. Je spreekt kandidaten, leert hun kwaliteiten kennen en brengt hen in contact met passende werkgevers. Ondertussen houd je zicht op je commerciële doelen en bepaal je welke stappen nodig zijn om verder te groeien. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Nieuwe klanten benaderen en samenwerkingen opzetten in de regio Barneveld. - Bestaande klantrelaties onderhouden en uitbreiden. - Kandidaten werven, spreken en begeleiden naar een passende baan. - Personeelsvragen vertalen naar concrete oplossingen. - Kansen signaleren en meedenken over de ontwikkeling van jouw regio. - Op termijn je eigen team samenstellen en aansturen. Onze backoffice, HR, marketing en ervaren collega's ondersteunen je bij het opbouwen van jouw regio. Zo kun jij je aandacht richten op de mensen, relaties en kansen die de groei mogelijk maken.
