Wie is de werkgever? Dit familiebedrijf bestaat al meer dan 100 jaar en heeft zijn hoofdkantoor op het Waddeneiland Texel. Als zelfstandig opererende organisatie is het toonaangevend voor zowel professionals als particuliere klanten. Met 16 vestigingen verspreid door heel Nederland werken er ruim 400 medewerkers. Actief in de handel in bouwmaterialen, de exploitatie van Gamma- en Karwei-bouwmarkten en in de tegelhandel via Jan Groen Tegels. Daarnaast is het een regionaal opererende groothandel in bouw- en afbouwmaterialen, wand- en vloertegels en hout. Elke dag wordt er met maximale inzet gewerkt aan een optimale dienstverlening. Medewerkers weten waar ze over praten, hebben plezier in hun werk en zijn mensen waar klanten op kunnen bouwen. Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het rendement en functioneren van jouw vestiging en je bent een ondernemer binnen de onderneming en houdt van aanpakken! Je geeft technische adviezen aan klanten, voert overleg met de afnemers en je promoot het assortiment. Je bent in staat om zelfstandig commerciële activiteiten uit te voeren, met als doel de verkoop te verhogen!
