Als Vestigingsmanager van een arbeidsbemiddelaar gespecialiseerd in het uitzenden binnen de zakelijke dienstverlening, Food, Techniek en Horeca krijg je de ruimte om écht verschil te maken. De vestiging staat aan het begin van een nieuwe fase. Jij zorgt voor richting, commerciële groei en een sterk team. Daarbij krijg je veel vrijheid: geen micromanagement, wel verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen keuzes en resultaten.

Je houdt je bezig met:

• Het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van de intercedenten (4fte). • Commerciële kansen zien en benutten. • Processen en werkwijzen slimmer en beter maken. • Het team meenemen in veranderingen en nieuwe plannen. • Zelf knelpunten oppakken en oplossingen vinden.

Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen. Wel moet je willen bouwen, proberen en soms opnieuw beginnen. Want juist in deze rol krijg je de kans om te groeien met een organisatie die zelf volop in ontwikkeling is.

Functie-eisen: Je bent ondernemend, zelfstandig en krijgt energie van een omgeving waarin nog niet alles vastligt. Je wacht niet af tot iemand vertelt wat je moet doen, maar ziet wat nodig is en komt in actie. Gaat iets niet zoals gepland? Dan zoek je uit waarom, stuur je bij en ga je verder. Je bent daarnaast iemand die anderen meekrijgt. Je weet hoe je een team ontwikkelt, geeft vertrouwen én spreekt aan wanneer dat nodig is.

Dit neem je mee:

• Ervaring binnen de uitzendbranche, arbeidsbemiddeling of een commerciële omgeving. • Ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van een team. • Commerciële drive en gevoel voor resultaat. • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
